An Emporia man was arrested after a reported injury crash outside the city limits late Sunday night.
Lyon County Deputy Brandon Early says the wreck was reported shortly after 11 pm in the 600 block of Road 200, near the intersection of 200 and G or the southern S-curve on Americus Road. Deputies responded but found nobody from the vehicle at the wreck site.
Deputies determined the driver rolled the vehicle, which was apparently the only one involved. Later, deputies arrested 36-year-old Jason L Haegert at his residence but have not said why.
The crash investigation is ongoing. Formal charges are pending through the Lyon County Attorney’s Office.
