The latest man on — and off — the Lyon County Most Wanted list has a hearing this week.
Seth Lee Wenenn, 32, faces a count of aggravated battery, reckless bodily harm, with an alternate count of aggravated battery, intentional physical contact
Wenenn is accused of punching a woman and briefly rendering her unconscious during an altercation this past September. He was placed on the Most Wanted list in January and was captured at the end of the month.
The hearing is at 9 am Wednesday in Lyon County District Court.
