Up-and-coming country musician Ashley Barron is the latest concert announcement for the Granada Theatre.
Barron will perform April 24, one day before the Glass Blown Open activities get started. On KVOE’s Newsmaker 2 segment Tuesday, Director Rebeca Herrera said Barron is getting a lot of attention for her music.
Tickets will range from $10 to $35. They go on sale Wednesday for Friends of the Granada members and Friday for the general public.
Tickets are also on sale for the Darryl Worley concert March 7 and the Eli Young Band concert April 9.
Elsewhere, the Granada now has no involvement in the Jake Gill fundraising concert set for Saturday after Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 7957 was removed from a lengthy list of beneficiaries. The concert will now be at 8 pm Saturday at Harry and Lloyd’s in Americus. The Granada says it is refunding any tickets it sold to the show.
