Essential skill information and awareness for children was spread through the Flinthills Mall from several organizations during the Little Learners Math-Science-Grow Expo.
Taking place Thursday evening, fifteen community partners joined forces to provide this experience for local families. ECKAN Head Start was one of those partners, and spokesperson Theresa Whalen talks about the benefits kiddos could get from the atmosphere of the environment.
Children weren’t the only beneficiaries of the evening as parents were able to learn about each group. Whalen credits all the organizations involved, saying they provide key services for the youth of Lyon County.
