The Emporia State softball team will be hosting the 5 State Classic beginning Friday at the Trusler Sports Complex.
Emporia State plays at 2pm against Maryville and at 4pm against Minnesota Duluth. The Lady Hornets are 5-4 to start the season. Junior Gabby Biondo is pleased with the start.
All games will be played on Turnbull field. The first game will be played at 10am. The Tournament runs thru Monday.
