The Lyon County Treasurer’s Office is reminding residents a vehicle tag deadline is Friday.
Residents with last names ending in the letter “A” need to renew tags for trailers, farm and heavy trucks and commercial vehicles by the close of business Friday. Current proof of insurance and a valid Kansas ID are needed.
Hours at 8 am to 4:30 pm weekdays at the Motor Vehicle Office. Commercial tags need to be handled between 8 am and 3 pm.
