The Emporia State tennis teams opened their seasons with wins over William Jewell Saturday.
The Lady Hornets won 7-0. They won all 3 doubles matches to earn the doubles win and won all 6 singles matches.
The Emporia State men won 6-1. They won all 3 doubles matches and 5 of the singles matches.
The men next play at Friends Thursday. The women will host Ottawa next Saturday.
