At the Big-12 Tournament Wednesday night Kansas State pulled off the surprise upsetting 8th seeded TCU 53-49.
The Wildcats led by as many as 17 points in the first half. TCU led by 4 in the 2nd half.
K-State took the lead for good with 1:18 to play.
The Wildcats were led by Cartier Diarra’s 13 points.
Kansas State will play Baylor at 6pm. The game will be broadcast on KVOE 1400AM/96.9FM.
The Kansas Jayhawks will play Oklahoma State in the 1:30 game with tip-off most likely at 2pm.
Oklahoma State defeated Iowa State 72-71.The game will be broadcast on KVOE 1400AM/96.9FM.
Also Thursday Texas plays Texas Tech at 11:30a.
Oklahoma plays West Virginia 8:00p.
