Your weather is in for an interesting ride through the upcoming weekend.
Mild temperatures Wednesday and Thursday will set the table for a low-end severe weather risk, both for Wednesday night to mid-morning Thursday and again from mid-afternoon to evening Thursday. Officially, the entire KVOE listening area is in a marginal risk, the lowest risk level possible, for both time periods. At this time, all severe weather hazards are possible during both time periods.
Temperatures become sharply cooler as we go from the mid-70s Thursday to upper 30s Friday. Snow showers are possible Saturday night into Sunday.
