The Newman Regional Health Board of Trustees will meet Wednesday afternoon.
Board members will oversee a coronavirus question-and-answer session with Infection Preventionist Ester Knobloch presiding. Also related to COVID-19, the board may approve a resolution to ask Lyon County commissioners for permission to defer “pro rata” payments to the principal and interest payment account for three months.
Recurring reports are also planned, including monthly updates from CEO Bob Wright, Chief Financial Officer Holly French, Chief Operating Officer Julia Pyle and Chief Quality Officer Cathy Pimple. A strategic planning report and at least two executive sessions are planned.
The meeting is tentatively set for the Newman Conference Center at noon, but board members can attend online if they do not want to come to the hospital.
The Flint Hills Community Health Center Board of Directors canceled its meeting for Tuesday.
