Lyon County Public Health is reporting the number of positive coronavirus cases in Lyon County is now at 17. There are also 5 probable positives. That is an increase of 1 in each category from Wednesday.
Coffey County is reporting 2 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total count to 18. Both are connected to the Life Care Center in Burlington. There are now 26 cases connected to the Life Care Center.
Osage County is still reporting 3 cases. Morris County is still reporting 2 cases.
Chase, Greenwood and Wabaunsee are reporting no cases.
In Kansas, as of 11am, there were a total of 554 cases reported. Only 6 new cases had been reported Thursday.
138 have been hospitalized.
The largest age group effected in Kansas is the 20-44 age group.
There have been 13 deaths in Kansas due to COVID-19.
