Lyon County Public Health reported 14 new positive COVID-19 cases Saturday.
This brings the total number of confirmed positive cases to 71 with 22 probable positives for a total of 93 cases in Lyon County. There have also been 31 recoveries reported meaning there are 62 active cases in Lyon County at this time.
Greenwood County announced its second confirmed positive case on Friday. Coffey County will not update its numbers until Monday, however, no new positive tests were reported Friday.
Coffey currently has had 45 confirmed cases with 44 connected the outbreak at Lifecare Center in Burlington. The county has had 21 recoveries so far.
Across the state, the total number of tests is now at 1,790, an increase of 85 since Friday. 66 of Kansas’ 105 counties are reporting positive tests and there have been 86 deaths as of Saturday.
