The risk of heavy rain has a small part of the KVOE listening area in a flash flood watch.
Greenwood County is now in a watch until 1 am Thursday.
Showers and embedded thunderstorms are possible through the day and into the early overnight hours areawide. Rain amounts over 1.5 inches are expected by sunrise Thursday. For the rest of the area, including Lyon County, rain amounts could range between 0.50 inches and 1.5 inches.
