The Flint Hills Community Health Center Board of Directors will be holding both its annual and regularly scheduled board meetings Tuesday.
During its annual meeting, the board will approve the reappointment of directors, services, sites and hours of operations and review the annual CQI and risk management reports for 2019. The board will conclude the meeting with the ratification of business and affairs of the preceding year.
Following the annual meeting, the board will move directly into its regular monthly meeting where they will receive the regular slate of reports from the finance committee, as well as the monthly medical, dental and psychiatry clinic reports. Discussions on credentialing, job descriptions and policies are also on the agenda.
The meetings begin at noon via Zoom.
