Blustery conditions through late Tuesday evening have prompted the National Weather Service to issue a wind advisory affecting one area county.
Chase County is in an advisory until 10 pm Tuesday evening. Current projections are calling for northerly winds upwards of 25 to 35 mph with possible gusts upwards of 50 mph.
The winds could possibly bring down tree limbs and cause power outages within the county. Motorists should exercise caution as winds could impact driving conditions especially for high profile vehicles.
