One man faces 30 total counts in Lyon County District Court alleging violence and sex crimes from late last year into early this year.
Gregory Thomas Goad, age 30, has been charged after alleged illegal activity with a 22-year-old in December and January. Goad faces two counts of rape, two counts of aggravated criminal sodomy, four counts of kidnapping, six counts of aggravated domestic battery, six counts of domestic battery, four counts of criminal threat and single counts of criminal restraint, aggravated assault and aggravated battery. One criminal threat charge has been dismissed.
The affidavit, or law enforcement narrative, is sealed so further details are not currently being released.
Goad has a pretrial hearing May 22.
