Lyon County remains eighth in the number of total cases in Kansas since early March, but it is well behind the counties with the most cases, including Ford County at 1,558, Finney County at 1,367 and Wyandotte County at 1,269.
Only 44 Lyon County cases are active as of Friday. There have been three deaths.
Across Kansas, there are 8,958 cases with 185 deaths.
