Nobody was hurt after an SUV bumped into a west Emporia convenience store Sunday morning.
The incident happened shortly after 8 am at Casey’s West, 3184 West US Highway 50. There was minor damage, both to the building’s front wall and to the vehicle.
The reason for the incident are unclear. The driver was checked at the scene for a potential medical issue but declined further treatment. His name has not been released.
