A fifth Lyon County resident has died from coronavirus.
Lyon County Public Health says an Asian male in his 50s died over the weekend. Further details have not been announced.
Meanwhile, the county’s overall caseload grew to 430 with four new confirmed or probable cases Tuesday, following a jump of 18 cases from the weekend as announced Monday. The number of active cases, however, dropped from 78 Monday to 69 Tuesday. Five new recoveries are being reported, making the overall total 355.
