More hearings have been scheduled in a rape case being heard in Lyon County District Court.
German Diaz, 19, pleaded not guilty at a hearing last week. He stands accused of rape after alleged activity with a 13-year-old in January. The affidavit in the case is sealed.
Diaz was arrested early in late February, two weeks after Lyon County Crime Stoppers announced a reward in his case Feb. 11.
A pretrial hearing is at 2 pm June 23, with a final pretrial Aug. 5. Potential trial dates of Aug. 10, Aug. 31 and Sept. 21 are on the docket as well.
