Lyon County Public Health announced another minor increase in COVID-19 cases Friday.
Public Health reported two new cases in their update Friday, bringing the total number of confirmed and probable positive cases to 465. Seven new recoveries are also listed placing that total at 409.
49 active cases remain in Lyon County at this time.
For clusters:
Meatpacking: 1 cluster, 189 total cases, 9 active cases, 3 deaths
Private Industry: 3 clusters, 102 total cases, 12 active cases, 1 death
Two deaths remain uncategorized. A total of six deaths have been reported so far.
Greenwood County also announced one new positive COVID-19 case Friday. This brings the county’s total to 11 cases and is the only active case in Greenwood at this time.
At last word, Osage County had 10 total cases with three active. Chase and Morris counties are only updating their numbers on Mondays.
Coffey and Wabaunsee counties are reporting no active cases at this time.
