The Emporia Lady Spartan 18 year old softball team was 0-1-1 on day two of the Jimmy Johns Freaky Fast 6 game smash in Kansas City Saturday.
They played the Classics to a 4-4 tie. Drue Davis was 2 for 3 and drove in 3 runs.
They were defeated by the Originals out of Blue Spring, Missouri 5-2.
The Lady Spartans will play the Topeka Storm Blizzard Sunday morning in bracket play. If they win they will play again at 3:30pm, with a possible final game at 5pm.
