Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible for most of Kansas, including the entire KVOE listening area, for the late afternoon and evening hours Sunday.
The Storm Prediction Center has most of the state in an enhanced risk, notably for high wind, by late afternoon. Large hail and an isolated tornado can’t be ruled out. Storms may clear the area by late Sunday night.
There is also a marginal risk for Monday, but the threat hinges on how Sunday’s event develops.
