An earthquake from Saturday night in Oklahoma jostled some area residents.
The magnitude 4.2 quake happened around 10:15 pm Saturday near Perry, Oklahoma. Weak shaking was reported in Emporia, Burlington and Olpe, based on information from the US Geological Survey. No damage was reported.
The quake was Oklahoma’s largest since a magnitude 4.4 earthquake in May 2019.
