Law enforcement is diverting traffic from a highway intersection north of Emporia after a wind turbine blade went off the highway Monday afternoon.
The incident happened at the junction of Kansas Highway 99 at Lyon County Roads 240 and L. No injuries have been reported.
Authorities have not said where the load was headed.
