Potential trial dates have been confirmed for a man accused of rape in Lyon County.
German Diaz will have a final pretrial hearing Aug. 5 after a hearing in Lyon County District Court on Tuesday. That hearing could determine whether Diaz goes to trial Aug. 10, Aug. 31 or Sept. 21, barring other developments in the case.
Diaz, 19, is accused of one rape count after alleged activity with a 13-year-old in January. The affidavit in the case is sealed.
