A former Emporia High School teacher will be in Lyon County District Court on Tuesday for a first appearance on teen sex abuse charges.
Tyler John Bosiljevac will make his first appearance at 1 pm.
Bosiljevac faces eight total counts against six alleged victims. There are three counts of indecent liberties, two counts of attempted sexual exploitation, two counts of attempted unlawful sexual relations and one count of sexual battery. The ages of the alleged victims range from 14 to 17, and the overall alleged timeframe is from July 2016 to this past February.
Bosiljevac was a teacher 14 years with USD 253 before he was fired in February.
