A busy period is underway for the Lyon County Election Office.
Voter registration ends next Tuesday, paving the way for the mail-in advance voting process to begin July 15. There will be a Saturday voting event at Flinthills Mall from 8 am to 1 pm July 18. In-person advance voting then begins July 20 and goes through noon Aug. 3.
The primary election is Aug. 4.
