There is baseball to be played this weekend at Emporias Sodens Grove. The Sam Ellis Classic will be played beginning Friday.
The Emporia Seniors will be hosting the 6 team tournament.
Joining Emporia will be Ottawa, two Kansas Senators teams, team Ewing and team Graves, Topeka Scrappers and Gladstone, Missouri.
The first game will be played at noon with Ottawa playing the Kansas Senators-Graves.
Emporia will play in the late game this evening set for a 7:30 start time against Ottawa.
