Due to the increase in positive COVID-19 cases in recent days, another event has come off the community calendar Saturday.
Reading’s annual Tornado Trot & Trail event scheduled to take place Saturday morning has been canceled according to organizer Jan Briggs. The cancelation was due in large part to a recent rise in COVID cases in the area and organizers not wanting to risk the possibility of an outbreak due to the event.
Organizers will make arrangements and notify all individuals planning to take part in the event with details about t-shirt pickups on the Tornado Trot and Trail Facebook page.
