A number of agreements for city improvement projects could see approval during the Emporia City Commission’s action session Wednesday evening.
Commissioners will consider approval of a water supply agreement with Rural Water District #2 in Coffey County before considering acceptance of an agreement for a Kansas Department of Transportation intersection improvement project on US Highway 50.
A project engineer agreement with BG Consultants for the aforementioned intersection improvement project and the awarding of a bid for the city’s Industrial Park III resurfacing project will also see consideration.
Two executive sessions are on the agenda. The meeting begins at 7 pm inside the Municipal Courtroom at White Auditorium.
