USD 253 is strongly encouraging district families to enroll online this year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Enrollment for parents who have a PowerSchool parent portal account is now underway. Parents can complete the enrollment process by logging in to their PowerSchool account.
For those who do not have a PowerSchool account, traditional online enrollment will begin on Monday. Enrollment can be completed from any location virtually and must be completed before Aug. 5.
For those families who do not have a computer or access to the internet, there will be a limited number of appointments available at the Flint Hills Learning Center located inside Flinthills Mall. To schedule an appointment, parents are asked to call 620-341-2396. Appointments will be limited to one family member with mask usage and temperature checks required before entering the learning center.
The in-person enrollment process may take up to 30-minutes to complete. You can find a complete list of in-person appointment times online at USD253.org.
For new district students, the following information will be required:
* Birth certificate
* Immunization records
* Physical exam
* Student transcripts
