Moderate and heavy rainfall took place across the northern half of the KVOE listening area.
The KVOE studios got an inch of rainfall, mostly from storms that developed around 8 am, as well as a tenth of an inch of rain from overnight storm activity.
Totals varied widely.
*Emporia Municipal Airport: 0.31 inches total, 0.27 inches between 9 am and 1 pm
*Tenth and Weaver: 1 inch total, 0.80 inches Monday morning
*700 block Road 200: 1.3 inches Sunday evening
*Allen: 0.50 inches
*Madison area: 1-2 inches Sunday night
*New Strawn: 0.17 inches
*Olpe: 0.50 inches total
Thunderstorms, some with heavy rain, are possible Monday night through sunrise Tuesday. Rain chances continue at a slight level Tuesday night through Thursday.
