The USD 253 Emporia Board of Education has a significant special meeting Wednesday evening.
Board members will have a work session on the district’s reopening plan, including work on mitigation strategies, ongoing collaborations with Lyon County Public Health and enrollment data. Additional discussions will highlight the district’s different student populations and response to local COVID-19 metrics.
The meeting starts at 7 pm and will be on the district’s website, www.usd253.org.
