This week, the Kansas Department of Transportation will start surveying a bridge that’s up for replacement.
Survey work begins Thursday on the Interstate 35 bridge over Lincoln Street. Crews will contact property owners and tenants in the area for permission to go on private property.
Survey crew members will determine the locations of existing features within the 2,300-foot survey corridor. Work could last about three weeks.
