Newman Regional Health has announced it will be reopening its drive-thru COVID-19 testing and respiratory clinic Monday.
The re-opening comes as Newman is anticipating a large increase in COVID cases in the fall and winter seasons. The clinic will remain in its previous location at Newman’s old emergency room entrance and will operate Monday through Friday.
Testing will only be available by appointment only and individuals seeking to be tested must be referred by a healthcare provider. Appointments will be scheduled Monday through Friday 8 am to noon or 1 pm to 6pm.
