A preliminary hearing is coming Thursday for a one-time Emporia High School teacher accused of teen sex abuse.
Tyler Bosiljevac will appear at 1:30 pm in Lyon County District Court on charges of indecent liberties, attempted sexual exploitation, attempted unlawful sexual relations and sexual battery. Bosiljevac had his first appearance a month ago after his arrest in late May.
Bosiljevac is accused of improper activity with teenagers ranging in age from 14 to 17. The alleged timetable is from July 2016 to February 2020.
Bosiljevac was a teacher for 14 years with USD 253 before he was fired in February.
