A Council Grove man was involved in a crash involving two vehicles near Lindsborg on Wednesday, even though the vehicles did not collide.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says 28-year-old Chase Meiver was driving a motorcycle on Kansas Highway 4 when a second vehicle turned in front of his bike around 11:30 am. Meiver laid the bike down to avoid the other vehicle.
Meiver was not hurt, but his passenger, 31-year-old Jennifer Long of Topeka, was taken to Salina Regional Health Center with possible injuries.
