Lyon County is reporting 14 deaths. 7 of the deaths are connected to long term care clusters.
4 deaths are connected to meat packing clusters.
1 death is connected to a private industry cluster.
Several area counties are also reporting new cases.
Osage County is reporting 3 new cases and 1 recovery. There are 45 total cases with 8 of them active in Osage County.
Greenwood County is reporting 1 new case. There are 23 total cases. 22 of the cases have recovered.
Coffey county is reporting 2 recoveries, leaving 1 active case.
Chase county is reporting 48 total cases. 11 cases have recovered, leaving 37 active cases.
Morris county is reporting 13 total cases. 10 cases have recovered, leaving 3 active cases.
Wabaunsee county last week was reporting 4 active cases.
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment is reporting 1092 new COVID-19 cases and 7 new deaths since Friday in Mondays update.
That increases the number of total cases in Kansas to 31,730 cases. The number of deaths is at 387.
