Friendship Meals is looking for volunteers.
Friendship Center spokesperson Vicki Vankooten says staffers will cook and prepare the meals for delivery drivers to take around town.
Masks, gloves and hand sanitizers are all provided.
Friendship Meals delivers about 170 hot meals every weekday to homebound senior citizens, as well as a frozen meal for evenings if they choose. There are currently 10 routes. Vankooten says the program is also a way to check on the health and welfare of seniors if they happen to be homebound.
