The Emporia woman who was allegedly involved in a chase involving a rental truck after allegedly pulling a knife against at least one person earlier this spring has a hearing in Lyon County District Court this week.
Jennifer Suzanne Fisher recently waived her preliminary hearing and now has a plea hearing at 9:30 am Wednesday.
Officers were called to the Burger King parking lot April 18 after a report a woman driving a rental truck had pulled a knife against another person. Fisher was found at the Walmart parking lot and allegedly drove away from officers towards John North Ford, where she crashed and was captured.
Fisher also allegedly pulled a knife and pointed it at a security guard at Hostess before the chase began.
Fisher stands accused of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threat and flee and elude, with an alternate flee and elude count also filed.
