Friday is a busy day for notable cases in Lyon County District Court.
*Tyler Bosiljevac has a pretrial hearing on teen sex abuse charges at 2 pm. He’s facing charges including indecent liberties, attempted sexual exploitation, attempted unlawful sexual relations and sexual battery against six alleged victims from July 2016 to this past February.
*Aaron Coxwell has a mediation hearing at 10:30 am. He’s formally accused of two counts of conspiracy and single counts of theft, attempted theft, burglary and criminal damage after Kari’s Diamonds and Bridal burglary from May 2019.
*Miguel Renterio has a separate mediation hearing at 11:15 am on counts of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and drug possession after an incident at 18 South West in May.
*Gregory Goad has a mediation hearing at 3:30 pm. He’s facing 30 total counts, including aggravated criminal sodomy, kidnapping, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, aggravated domestic battery. domestic battery, criminal threat and criminal restraint.
