A former Emporia High School Teacher accused of multiple sex abuse charges entered a plea of not guilty Friday.
Tyler James Bosilevac appeared in Lyon County District Court for a pre-trial hearing during which time he pled not guilty to all charges against him including indecent liberties, attempted sexual exploitation, attempted unlawful sexual relations and sexual battery against six alleged victims. Bosiljevac was a teacher for 14 years with USD 253 before he was fired in February.
The ages of the alleged victims range from 14 to 17, and the overall alleged timeframe is from July 2016 to this past February. The case has been continued for a docket call on Sept. 18 at 1:15 pm.
