The Federal Bureau of Investigation has charged a Topeka Seaman basketball coach with sexually exploiting minors, and it has made an unusual plea for potential victims to step forward.
The FBI says Jeffrey Pierce pretended to be a female teenager and would use a series of social networking platforms to contact potential victims. He is accused of trying to get explicit photos or videos as part of his online conversations.

Pierce, 40, is facing two counts of producing child pornography and one count of possessing child porn. He has pleaded not guilty. A preliminary hearing is coming Thursday in Shawnee County.
