One man is accused of burglarizing an Emporia restaurant and has a hearing Wednesday in Lyon County District Court.
Jacob Matthew Milton Vaughan, 22, is facing single counts of burglary of a non-dwelling and theft as well as two counts of criminal damage. Vaughan is accused of getting into Wendy’s, 1928 West Sixth, on July 16 and taking single boxes or packages of ground beef, chicken breasts, buns and potatoes as well as miscellaneous tools.
Vaughan’s preliminary hearing is at 10:30 am. The affidavit in the case is sealed.
