Sentencing is set for mid-December for a one-time Lyon County man who pleaded guilty Tuesday to possessing child pornography.
An investigation into Jimmy Dwayne Leger, 26, started when federal investigators used a file-sharing program to download images from an IP address in Allen. They then served a search warrant at an unspecified house in Allen where they found over 100 videos and 1,200 images.
Leger, who lived in Allen before moving to Texas, could face up to 20 years and a $250,000 fine when he’s sentenced Dec. 15.
