Almost 15 years in prison is ahead for an Emporia man who pleaded to an aggravated kidnapping charge earlier this year.
German Diaz was sentenced this week in Lyon County District Court. Part of his sentence includes three years of postrelease supervision.
Diaz was charged after an incident with a 13-year-old back in January.
