One potential trial date has been set for an Emporia man accused of sexual misconduct with teenagers.
As part of a short pretrial hearing in Lyon County District Court on Friday, Tyler Bosiljevac was set for trial Oct. 26. Other possible trial dates may be added later.
Bosiljevac is accused of misconduct or attempted misconduct with six alleged victims ranging in age from 14 to 17, with the alleged activity taking place between July 2016 and this past February, when he was fired from his job as a teacher at Emporia High School.
Bosiljevac is formally charged with indecent liberties, attempted sexual exploitation, attempted unlawful sexual relations and sexual battery.
