Flint Hills Community Health Center has announced the dates for its drive-through flu shot clinics in Emporia and Eureka.
Lyon County Public Health Emergency Preparedness Director Jennifer Millbern says the Emporia clinic will be at the Health Center, 420 West 15th, from 7 am to 5 pm on Oct. 2.
The shot is free with most forms of health insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. Cost is $30 payable by cash or check without insurance.
This comes before the Newman Regional Health drive-through clinic Oct. 7 at the Fairgrounds Anderson Building and before the Health Center’s clinic from 10 am to 2 pm Oct. Oct. 9 in Eureka.
