The Kansas City Royals blew a 4-0 lead in a 9-5 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers Friday night.
The Royals scored 3 runs in the 1st inning. Salvador Perez drove in 2 runs with a double and scored. Perez also drove in a run in the 3rd inning. Milwaukee would score 6 runs in the 4th inning off of Danny Duffy on a solo home run, bases loaded walk and grand slam. The Brewers added 3 more runs in the 5th inning. Salvador Perez would hit a home run in the 9th for the Royals.
The Royals and Brewers play again Saturday night with Kris Bubic making the start. First pitch is set for 6:10p.The game will be broadcast on KVOE 1400AM/96.9FM.
